Our Managed Workplace service monitors all IP based devices at a
customer’s site based on industry best-practice monitoring
policies. Strong and reliable remote monitoring provided through
Managed Workplace allows Think Network Technologies to become proactive
and eliminate problems before they occur. Monitoring of all critical
network components such as workstations, servers, applications,
websites, network services, network devices (i.e. firewalls and
routers) are all available through industry based standards and
protocols (WMI, SNMP, Syslog, NetBios, ICMP, XML, etc) used widely
within a typical network environment.

Day Two Support Contracts
Our Day Two Service & Support contracts are designed to provide
you with another high level service and support option at a competitive
price. Day Two is referencing the day after or post installation
support. This contract allows you to purchase a block of time paid
in advance and discounted based upon your needs. You should purchase
the total number of hours you anticipate using within the next 12
months. Through the purchase of this contract, you will have access
to our full service and support staff including system engineers,
network technicians and on-site PC technicians. You can use this
block of time for any service or project, once the funds are depleted,
you then have the option to re-fill the block.

Per
Incident Calls/Break Fix
Think Network Technologies can provide technical support on an as
needed basis to assist you with all needs. Our software remote control
tools are provided to you at no charge allowing us to quickly resolve
desktop, server and network issues without having to schedule on-site
visits. This support requires no contracts or agreements up front,
we offer this service on an as need basis. This service is billed
hourly, with no discounts.

Maintenance
Agreements
By installing the latest service packs, security and other updates
on both servers and workstations as soon as they are available,
we help ensure that your systems are as stable and secure as possible.
By doing so, major system problems are avoided and your company
remains productive, which in turn increases your profitability.
We can customize your specific support plan to accommodate your
particular environment. We schedule specific times, established
by the client, during the week to provide ongoing support for maintenance.
During these visits we analyze and/or repair servers, workstations,
antivirus software packages, backup logs, networking equipment,
printers and peripherals. Business processes are analyzed and our
team of professionals present real world solutions to keep your
operation running smoothly and give you the competitive edge that
technology can provide. This is a flexible schedule that can be
changed based on specific needs. Your staff can be confident that
an engineer will be available at certain times during the week to
resolve issues that come up. On-going support allows Think Network
Technologies to provide a more cost effective solution than Per
Incident situations. This service is available at a reduced billing
rate to catch problems before they occur. Work performed outside
of schuduled maintenance hours will be billed at the Gold Level
rate.
