Sr. Project Manager

Looking for a qualified Sr. Project Manager. Must be extremely familiar with Microsoft, Dell and Cisco Systems Product lines and have experience managing complex data and voice projects. CCDA/MCSE Certifications preferred. Must have excellent oral, written and management communication skills along with the demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex issues clearly and concisely are required. This position is a Salary pay schedule and includes Benefits.

Required Experience:
Five or more years of project management experience is required. Ability to call on and work directly with C level executives in small to mid size businesses. Knowledge of IP Telephony products is required. Knowledge of CISCO product line highly preferred. Strong presentation, verbal and communication skills are essential. Demonstrated sales ability and technical aptitude is required. Required Education: 4-year college degree in Business or equivalent in experience.


Network Engineers LAN/WAN/VoIP

Responsibilities:
Must be able to Lead complex network projects and implementations. Analyze LAN/WAN network performance, capacity, stability, and security. Recommend design/plan, and implement network improvements based on analysis. Evaluate, define, and document standards, processes, and
procedures. Document network topology and site configurations. Evaluate network management/monitoring tools. Mentor network engineers, administrators, and technicians. Maintain LAN/WAN network connectivity and services. Diagnose LAN/WAN operational problems and implement improvements. Evaluate and/or recommend purchases (you will have an strong influence on the purchasing process). Experience with Cisco Call Manager and Call Manager Express as well as Unity and Unity Express and Business Edition.

Must have current CCNP/CCVP or CCIE and field experience;

Microsoft Windows Network Administrators:

Responsibilities:
Must have experience designing, installing and maintaining Windows based networks. Excellent understanding of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Server 2003/2000. Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2007, Symantec Backup Exec, IIS, SQL.

Must have MCP/MCSE/MCSA and/or Field Experience
